POS system is not new to Retail industry. It has been existing for years with evolution happening nearly every decade. There are various types of POS system in Retail industry as their business target is different from one another. This thesis will focus specifically on POS system for Retail fashion industry. This industry’s POS system has just started to evolve in Asia countries after the evolution of POS system for Food Beverage industry.
Retail Fashion industry in Asia countries begin to face changes in consumer shopping behavior, young generation living in digital world in their daily life, company focusing more on consumer shopping experience and company need to adapt to the new trendy and fast changing world. This means, consumer cares more about shopping experience in both digital and real world, while company needs to adopt technology to fulfill the needs of consumer and employees who value “experience” more than ever before.
This business plan details in-depth study of Asia market in Retail industry, Government’s planning on Retail business, the evolution of Retail industry and how the solution can be utilized to fulfill the consumer needs plus gaining a better shopping experience.
This business plan will also include the full solution line-up, target markets, market analysis, competitor’s analysis and business model. Porter’s Five Forces and SWOT analysis will be used to analyze the industry and perform a feasibility study for the business. Also, there will be marketing plan, and its implementation on promoting the business. Further on, a financial analysis will be executed to determine the profitability of the business.
