| Abstract: | 本實驗室先前研究出以鈉離子為模板,使含有二乙二醇鏈的二胺分子及具備吡啶單元的大環分子正交排列,並分別與四醛或六醛的核心分子反應生成具有多個[2]交環烷分枝的異交環烷。本研究主要希望在具備吡啶單元的大環分子上導入縮醛保護基作為延伸端點,並利用上述辨識系統進一步有效率地合成樹枝狀交環烷。 Our laboratory had previously found that Na+ ions could template the threading of diethylene glycol-containing diamines into pyridine-containing macrocycles and resulted in the self-assembly synthesis of hetero-[2]catenane dimers and trimers when molecular cores with two and three isophthalaldehyde units were applied, respectively. By attaching acetal-protected isophthalaldehydes to the structure of pyridine-containing macrocycles, we plan to construct [2]catenane dendrimers by repeating the same self-assembly synthesis for few times. |
