Abstract: 電動車及油電混合車市場因環境保護意識高漲、各國政府獎勵政策、技術突破與效率提升、基礎建設日趨完備等因素催化下,市場未來將呈現高度成長,全球知名車廠與相關供應鏈廠商,無不對於此市場積極投入。面對市場競爭,企業需要不斷的藉由技術創新,以維持競爭優勢。研發管理制度好壞正是企業能否持續技術創新並領先同業的重要指標。
本研究係以電動車IGBT散熱模組關鍵零組件廠商A公司為研究對象, 藉由文獻探討歸納出研發管理的分析架構,藉以深入了解與分析個案公司研發管理的完整性。研究發現個案公司在所探討的組織管理、系統管理、人才管理、與策略管理等四大面向,均架構出完整的管理機制,未來如可徹底執行各項細節工作,將能使企業競爭力有效提升。

Catalyzed by factors such as the rising awareness of environmental protection, government incentives, technical and efficiency improvements, and the completeness of infrastructure, the electric and hybrid cars market will show a high growth in the future. Worldwide car manufacturers and related supply chain companies are actively investing in this market. Facing the competition, companies need to keep technological innovation to maintain their competitiveness. The quality of the R D management system is an important indicator of whether an enterprise can technological innovation continuously and lead the industry.
This research is based on A-company, an IGBT invertor cooling modules manufacturer of electric vehicle. We summarized the analysis framework of R D management through literature review, so as to analyze the company’s R D management in detail. The study found that the case company has built a complete management system in the four aspects we discussed: the organization management, system management, talent management, and strategy management. If the detailed work can be implemented completely in the future, the competitiveness of the company will be increasing significantly.
