摘要: | 在台灣現在有糖尿病患者約170萬人,慢性腎臟病患者約100 萬人,大約人口總數的8%與5%,這數字還在快速成長中。
糖尿病與慢性腎臟病同時也是台灣十大死亡因素其中的二個,但是可喜的糖尿病與慢性腎臟病可以用飲食來控制他們的病情,糖尿病需控制飲食的總熱量,而慢性腎臟病患須降低蛋白質的攝取量。 雲境健康是為了提供糖尿病與慢性腎臟病患者健康的飲食習慣,雲境健康自日本的武藏野食品引進了「健康美膳」到台灣來,其中就包括了「熱量調整餐」與「蛋白質調整餐」給上述的慢性病患者,在此研究中,我們會探討慢性病患者的飲食市場,雲境健康的商務與財務模式,期望我們可以找到公司未來發展的方向。 There are about 1.7 million diabetes, and 1 million chronic kidney disease patients in Taiwan, which accounts for about 8% and 5% of Taiwan population and fast growing. Diabetes and chronic kidney disease are also 2 of the top 10 causes of death in Taiwan. However, diabetes and chronic kidney disease are also 2 of the illness that can be controlled through strict diet. Diabetes patients need to control total calories intake, and chronic kidney disease patients need to reduce protein consumption. Celio Health Ltd. was founded with providing diabetes and chronic kidney disease in mind. Celio Health introduced health meal box from Japan’s Musashino Foods to Taiwan market, including low calorie and low protein meal boxes for diabetes and chronic kidney disease patients. In this paper, we are going to exam the patient’s diet market, Celio Health’s business model and financial model, and hopefully, we can come out with some suggestions to the company for its future growth. |
