摘要: | 本論文研究主題為個案公司的IT部門如何在影子IT(Shadow IT)的威脅與衝擊下,從價值創新策略上重新定位、進行組織轉型及價值創造,由傳統被動的Service Provider角色轉變為主動協助的Business Partner角色,了解與支持公司發展與成長的方向及策略,與企業內各部門保持緊密的互動及聯繫以洞見內在的需求和機會,利用新科技與混合雲的策略應用來協助企業的永續經營與成長。
本研究以個案研究方法,歸納企業實務現象,根據動態競爭的策略鑽石模型來分析個案公司IT部門所面臨的挑戰,由活動領域、實現方法、差異因子、發展步驟及獲利模式等面向來探討創新策略的發想與執行成效;由SWOT分析模型來檢視其混合雲策略的定位及差異優勢;並利用DMAIC的方法來進行持續性的改善計畫,進而確保組織轉型及文化重建的價值導向是以使用者體驗的強化及企業成長的支持為目的。 研究發現個案公司的IT部門能在Shadow IT之威脅下浴火重生的關鍵因素如下: 1. 建立危機意識,促使組織轉型的急迫性 2. 重新定位組織價值與方向,發展價值創新策略 3. 文化重建、關鍵人才與能力的取得及延續 Technology has changed the operational processes of every organization, today the IT operation has to transform to enable organizations to benefit from the technology change currently occurring. Cloud-based services, direct selling to non-IT executives and the desire of some functions to avoid involving their IT function who they perceive as being slow, inflexible and out-of-touch is fueling the growth of shadow IT; and increasing amount of technical activity and resource is sitting outside the IT function, reporting to, and managed by, other business functions. The study is to analyze the value innovation strategy of an IT function to deal with shadow IT challenges, and the practices to transform an organization from the service provider role to a successful business partner role by redefining the position, disrupting the business model, strengthening the core competence, and supporting the business growth. This study investigates and concludes the following 3 key factors: 1. Establish a sense of crisis and urgency to promote organization transformation. 2. Re-position the value contribution and the direction of the IT function and develop its value innovation strategy. 3. Establish a style of business partner culture and acquire the talents to gain the core competences. |
