Abstract: | In recent ten years, AI technology company’s intellectual property strategy as well as practice appear brilliant and obviously worth learning. In the field of mobile devices, the target technology of AI technology company is in pioneer status due to its merger and acquisition strategy. It is noted that the intellectual property supply chain is successfully established step by step while the patent portfolio is constantly improved due to its diversified patent portfolio strategy; actually, this study interprets the intellectual property strategy in the innovation filed by means of analyzing the application field of mobile devices and the patent as well as know-how technique of supply chain or competitors merged by AI company. It is anticipated that inspirations for new product development will be provided for consumer electronic company. This study analyzes the development trend of the AI company’s patent application in the United States. With perspectives on the use of data mining, this study analyzes AI’s patent portfolio and its strategy and further take the commercial dynamic market information for reference, so that the intellectual property strategy with respect to new product intellectual property strategy will be comprehend. |
