dc.description.abstract | 煙管蝸牛科之陸蝸(Clausiliidae)在分類階層上屬軟體動物門(Mollusca)、腹足綱(Gastropoda)、有肺亞綱(Pulmonata),全世界約有2,000?3,500種(包含亞種)。根據文獻記錄,台灣的煙管蝸牛科共有8屬47種,其中包含11個亞種,在台灣兩百多種陸棲軟體動物中佔有五分之一強,由於分類特徵的複雜與多變,使得一般人對煙管蝸牛分類上產生困難。本研究先根據文獻整理及形態特徵觀察以瞭解傳統分類方式,並應用外表形態分析與粒線體DNA 1-rRNA基因定序分析進而探討台灣產煙管蝸牛科之親緣關係,瞭解本科屬間與屬內之親緣遠近及遺傳分化情形,並比較形態特徵與粒線體DNA 1-rRNA基因特徵的親緣相關,以檢討傳統分類系統是否符合自然分類形式。 本研究所採集的44個群體中分屬於7屬,包含25個已知種、11個未知種,並有8個分佈於兩地點以上的種類;將所有群體用於外表形態分析,53隻個體用於基因定序分析,結果顯示兩種分析方式之異同:明顯差異為外表形態分析所得兩大分群---月形腔襞群與平行腔襞群,於DNA序列分析中並無顯現;屬內外表形態分析與DNA序列分析所得歸群無一致相關,顯示形態特徵相似的種類在DNA上並不一定有較近的親緣關係。兩分析方式所得一致的結果為:台灣產煙管蝸牛科除細煙管蝸牛屬(Zaptyx)外各屬呈現分化明顯。台灣煙管蝸牛屬(Formosana)、沖繩煙管蝸牛屬(Stereophaedusa)、煙管蝸牛屬(Phaedusa)及真煙管蝸牛屬(Euphaedusa)為單系群(monophyletic group)。台灣紡錘煙管蝸牛屬(Hemiphaedusa)與細煙管蝸牛屬(Zaptyx)則非為單系群,前者只有一種(似謝氏煙管蝸)被排除於單系群外,而後者則為整屬的分類地位都不明確。 若以粒線體DNA 1-rRNA基因序列分析為考量,台灣的煙管蝸牛屬間以寬口煙管蝸牛屬(Reinia)與煙管蝸牛屬(Phaedusa)親緣關係最為相近;沖繩煙管蝸牛屬(Stereophaedusa)與台灣煙管蝸牛屬(Formosana)其次,此與現今分類系統不相符。屬內親緣關係中比較擁有完整群內、群間(亞種間、同種間)和種間關係的三屬---台灣紡錘煙管蝸牛屬(Hemiphaedusa)、細煙管蝸牛屬(Zaptyx)與台灣煙管蝸牛屬(Formosana),只有台灣煙管蝸牛屬(Formosana)三者遺傳距離範圍無重疊,其餘兩屬範圍變異很大。台灣紡錘煙管蝸牛屬(Hemiphaedusa)主要遺傳分化呈現地理相關,分為北部、中部和中南部(東部)三群;細煙管蝸牛屬(Zaptyx)所呈現之遺傳距離與親緣關係最為複雜,顯示此屬內的種,分類地位應再重新考量。 綜合結果可得下列結論:台灣產煙管蝸牛本研究以粒線體DNA 1-rRNA序列分析所得的親緣關係無法與外表形態分析所得的親緣關係配合。台灣產煙管蝸牛科屬間分化明顯(外表形態與DNA分析),台灣煙管蝸牛屬(Formosana)與沖繩煙管蝸牛屬(Stereophaedusa)屬間親緣關係接近,寬口煙管蝸牛屬(Reinia)與煙管蝸牛屬(Phaedusa)在DNA序列分析上親緣關係接近,台灣紡錘煙管蝸屬(Hemiphaedusa)與細煙管蝸牛屬(Zaptyx)非成一單系群,台灣紡錘煙管蝸屬(Hemiphaedusa)多數種類明顯成地域性歸群,可分為北部群、中部群和中南部群。 | zh_TW |
