Abstract: | 由癒合組織鮮重增加的百分比,決定有效抑制正常水稻花粉癒合組織生長的5—甲基色胺酸,乙硫胺酸及對氟苯初油酸的最低濃度。以含適量濃度5-甲基色胺酸的分化培養基培養水稻的花粉癒合組織,得到三棵外形與正常植株不同的水稻。其中兩棵的體細胞癒合組織對5—甲基色胺酸仍然具有抗性,顯示它們是抗5—甲基色胺酸的突變體。另一棵水稻的外形特徵不僅與前兩棵突變體相同,而且自花受粉能夠傳給其後代。因為某些自交後代的體細胞癒合組織對5—甲基色胺酸也呈抗性,推測第三棵水稻也是抗5—甲基色胺酸的突變體。關於這些突變體的細胞內胺基 The minimum concentration of several kinds of amino acid analogs for completely inhibiting the growth of normal pollen callus of rice (Oryza sativa L.) was determined.
