Abstract

培養兩個栽培品種的菸草Nicotiana tabacum L. cv. Wisconsin 38 (2n=48)及 Vam-Hicks （萬國士，2n=48）含單核早期至雙核晚期花粉的花葯，以觀察花粉植株之形成及花粉植株染色體的數目。W38的花葯分兩組培養，一組培養基中加1%活性碳（實驗組），另一組不加活性碳（對照組）。花葯經培養後，可以直接長出花粉植株，而植株出現的時間，因花葯的時期不同而異；單核早期的花葯形成植株所需的時間比其他時期的花葯遲一週以上。W38實驗組，W38對照組及萬國士分
