dc.description.abstract本研究的目的在探討國內外資訊仲介服務業之意義與發展,研究資訊仲介服務業在資訊工業社會中所扮演的角色,其服務的種類、蒐集資料的技術、計價的標準、以及與圖書館服務的關係。同時選擇國內的12家業者,包括專門圖書館中資訊仲介服務與營利性的商業資訊仲介公司,進行問卷訪談調查,分析其經營的理念、態度、人力、經費、資訊查尋之途徑、提供服務的項目及遭遇的困難等,並探究我國資訊仲介服務業與圖書館間的關係。
研究結果發現:
一、我國資訊仲介服務以附屬於機關團體內所提供者為主
二、我國資訊仲介服務人員學科背景以商科畢業者為主
三、我國資訊仲介服務項目及檢索工具地點有限
四、我國資訊仲介服務業著重推廣
五、我國社會中資訊付費的觀念薄弱,無法符合成本效益
六、我國商業資訊仲介公司與圖書館間尚未有明顯的關係建立
七、我國資訊仲介服務業已逐漸形成,尚有發展空間
針對以上研究結果,建議資訊仲介服務業者可考慮晉用圖書館學畢業之專業人員;圖書館學相關系所內增設資訊仲介服務相關課程及觀念之疏導;資訊仲介服務業者可擴大服務之範圍;建議國內資訊仲介服務單位成立組織,或於圖書館學會中設立委員會,以利相互交流,提昇服務之品質;最後,資訊付費的觀念應於整體教育中宣導,使一般民眾瞭解「資訊有價」之觀念。
