Title: 不同處理對於菜豆葉衰老化的影響的研究
STUDIES ON THE EFFECTS OF VARIOUS TREATMENTS ON THE SENESCENCE OF BEAN LEAF

Abstract: 用生長14日的菜豆(Phasealus vulgaris L),選取初生葉大小相近,?色相同的苗,做幾種不同的處理,以比較照光和黑暗,去頂與不去頂,加kinetin與不加kinetin,供給養分與不給養分,切下的葉片與不切下的葉片等在老化的速度上的影響。實驗是分析葉綠素,蛋白質、RNA和可溶性氮及醣類,觀其在六天處理過程中所發生的變化。得到的結果如下:
  (1) 照光抑制葉綠素含量減少的效果是31.72%;抑制蛋白質含量減少的效果為26.8%; 抑制RNA含量減少的效果是23.03%。
  (2) 完整的葉有有用kinetin處理,與不加kinetin的(A)組比較時,加kinetin者抑制葉綠素含量減少的效果是12.32%;抑制蛋白質減少的效果是8.92%;抑制RNA含量減少的效果是10.09%(切下的葉片有kinetin處理(D)與切下的葉片不加kinetin處理(B)比較時加kinetin者抑制葉綠素含量減少的效果是13.50%;抑制蛋白質含量減少的效果是11.82%;抑制RNA含量減少的效果是10.44%.)
(3) 去頂處理與不去頂的(A)組比較時,去頂者抑制葉綠素減少的效果是12.78%;抑制蛋白質含量減少的效果是8.58%抑制RNA含量減少的效果是10.24%。
  (4) 供給無機養分與不供給養分的(A)組比較時,前者可抑制葉綠素含量的減少,其效果是6.36%;抑制蛋白質含量減少或分解的效果為3.51%;抑制RNA含量減少的效果是4.24%。
  (5) 在正常照光的狀況下,切下來的葉片,不論有無加Kinetin都比(A)組更易衰老。
Using 14 day old seedlings of Phaseolus vulgayis L., We selected seedlings of about the same size; and having primary leaves of about the same color for experimentation. Some were grown in the light and some in the dark, some had the stem apex removed and others did not, to some kinetin was added, some had inorganic food supplied, and some had leaves removed, while others did not. The object was to see what effect these factors had on the rate of senescence.
Analysis was made of the chlonophyll, protein, RNA, soluble nitrogen and sugars of the seedlings after receiving the above special treatments for six days.
The results obtained were as follows:
1. Light inhibited the chlorophyll content of the primary leaves from diminishing by 31.72%, light inhibited the protein content from diminishing by 26.8% and light inhibited the decrease of RNA by 23.03%.
2. When kinetin was added to intact primary leaves (C) the loss of chlorophyll was inhibited by 12.3%, the loss of protein was inhibited 8.92%, and the RNA loss was inhibited 10.09% as compared with (A).
3. When kinetin was added to excised primary leaves (D) the loss of chlorophy11 was inhibited 13.5%, the loss of protein was inhibited 11.82%, and the RNA loss was inhibited 10.44% as compared with excised primary leaves (B) to which kinetin had not been add.
4. In seedlings having their stem apex removed (E) the loss of ohloroply11 was inhibited 12.78%, the 1oos of the protein content was inhibited 8.58%, and the loss of RNA was inhibited 10.24% as compared with (A)
5. When seedlings were supplied with inorganic food the loss of the chlorophy11 content was inhibited 6.36%, the loss of protein content was inhibited 3.51% and the loss of RNA was inhibited 4.24% as compared with (A).
