Title: 飼料中添加成長促進物質對歐洲鰻幼鰻成長之影響
Effects of dietary growth promoting factors supplements on the growth performance of European juvenile eels,Anguilla anguilla

Abstract: 歐洲鰻利用超集合約養殖,每個月篩選分池,較小鰻尾所佔的比例甚高。本研究之主要目的在探討飼料中添加成長促進物質對歐洲鰻鰻尾的成長效果。
研究分為二部份。第一個部份探討飼料中添加類成長激素蛋白(Growth hormone-like protein,GP)及第一型類胰島素生長因數(Insulin-like factor-I,IGF-I)對歐洲鰻幼鰻成長之適當添加量。第二部份探討包覆成長促進物質的適當添加量對歐洲鰻幼鰻成長之影響。實驗結果如下:
第一個實驗結果顯示,實驗之類成長蛋白組,飼養42天後在增重率及飼料效率上稍有差異。以100g飼料中含5.0mg類成長激素蛋白組的增重率及飼料效率較2.5mg、7.5mg、10.0mg及對照組為佳。而實驗之類胰島素成長因數組在飼養42天後以100g飼料中含0.5g含IGF-I的乾燥E.coli組增重率及飼料效率較1.0g及對照組為佳。
第二個實驗結果顯示,類成長激素蛋白組在飼養42天後增重率及飼料效率以每100g的飼料中添加2.5mg及5.0mg類成長激素蛋白且以動物膠包覆的飼料組之增重率及飼料效率較未包覆及對照組為佳。而實驗之類胰島素成長因數組在飼養42天後,以每100g飼料中含0.5gIGF-I的乾燥E.coli且以動物膠包覆的飼料組增重率及飼料效率明顯較高。
The European eels,Anguilla anguilla,use super intensive culture,when they select and separate per month,are highly ratio of small eels in culture.
The study was conducted to evaluate the efficacy of Anguilla anguilla juveniles on the growth by supplementation of growth promoting factors.
The study was performed in two parts. The chapter one,feeding experiment were conducted to the optimal requirements of growth hormone-like protein (GP) and Insulin-like growth factor-I(IGF-I) of juvenile European eels. After 42 days feeding trial,the results of this experiment,the best percent gain and feed efficiency were obtained in the eels fed the diets containing 5.0mg GP or 0.5g dry recombinant E.coli cells IGF-I per 100 gram diet.
According to the results of chapter one, the chapter two, were the further study which were coated with gelatin of GP and IGF-I. After 42 days with feeding, the results of this experiment were that the eels fed the diets coated with gelatin containing 2.5mg and 5.0mg GP or 0.5g dry recombinant E.coli cells IGF-I per 100 gram diet had the best percent gain and feed efficiency.
