摘要: | 本研究乃關於南仁山地區網柱細胞黏菌之種類與數量的分佈情形。共得網柱細胞黏菌二屬五種,分別是Dictyostelium brefeldianum、D. purpureum、D. lavandulum、Polysphondylium pallidum及P. pseudo-candidum等五種,其中P. pseudo-candidum在台灣為新紀錄種。 南仁山地區網柱細胞黏菌沿海拔可區分為三群落,其中以較高海拔的第三群(Group C)數量最多,木本植物社會可能是影響網柱細胞黏菌分佈之主要因數。D. purpureum及P. pallidum為全區之共優勢種。此區極酸性土壤可能是導致網柱細胞黏菌總分離率偏低的重要因素。 This research is about the distribution of species and numbers of dictyostelid cellular slime molds in Nanjenshan. Five species were obtained, and they were Dictyostelium brefeldianum, D. purpureum, D. lavandulum, Polysphondylium pallidum and P. pseudo-candidum. And P. pseudo-candidum are newly reported from Taiwan. The dictyostelid cellular slime molds in Nanjenshan can be divided into three community zones along the altitude, and there were more numbers of dictyostelids in Group C. The woody plant communities may be the major factor which decide the distribution pattern of dictyostelids in Nanjenshan. D. purpureum and P. pallidum were codominant here. It is possible to be the acid soil that make the total isolation frequency of dictyostelids to be low in this study site. |
