Abstract: | 在現行外牆磁磚剝落的檢查方法中,以打診法為主要採用方式,然而,此種方法需要的時間、人力與成本都相當可觀。因此為了改善資源耗損的問題,本研究採用紅外線檢測的方式,來達到降低成本與提高效率。另一方面,電腦視覺發展快速,混合實境(Mixed Reality)的技術日漸提升,本研究將運用MR 設備來輔助外牆磁磚剝落面積測量。因此,本研究之目的為結合混合實境技術與紅外線檢測來簡化現行外牆磁磚剝落檢測流程。
為了達到上述預期目標,本研究共完成紅外線設備之比較、系統開發以及實際案例之檢測。除此之外,研究工具會選用特定外接紅外線鏡頭與混合實境裝置來協助系統開發。開發過程中,相關軟體如Unity、Visual Studio、Android Studio 以及Socket 會被本研究所用運用來完成系統之開發與整合。接著,在實際觀測外牆磁磚剝落時,本研究將外牆分成四個不同的情境來做探討,並提出對應的影像處理方式。 在研究的最後,會做此系統的驗證並提出具體對後續研究的建議。本研究的價值為 結合不同領域之新技術並應用於土木營建產業,期望能將較為傳統的土木產業加 入不同的元素,並在此同時,有效簡化現行檢查流程,改善既有存在之問題。 The current inspection method for external wall tiles takes a lot of time and consumes a few inspectors. However, to improve this satiation, the infrared inspection is applied in this research instead of the original method. On the other hand, the Mixed Reality technology is also employed in order to support the measurement of deterioration. Therefore, the research objective is to combine MR technology and infrared inspection to simplify the whole process of examination for external wall tiles. To achieve the expected goal, comparison of different infrared devices, system development and practical inspection are included in this research. Moreover, not only the specific devices of MR and infrared camera but also software, including Unity, Android Studio, Visual Studio and Socket, are applied for system development. On the other hand, various scenarios of external wall tiles are proposed and the corresponding method of infrared image processing are also elaborated. In the end of this paper, the system is validated and some recommendations are suggested for the future researches. |
