Abstract: | This thesis is the elaboration of a business transformation plan for sustaining growth of a small family business whom specializes in the manufacturing of religious garment products in Taiwan. This thesis proposes, on a macro and strategic level, a business transformation strategy for the company to sustain growth and success by utilizing the 6 key components framework by Grove. The business transformation, product transformation, market transformation, horizontal/vertical integration, operation transformation, and diversification are used to analyze the case company’s potential opportunities for change. Based on the framework, the author will propose a strategic transformation plan that the author believes will critically revamp the company’s competitive strength and guide the company into sustainability and growth. |
