| 摘要: | 本文針對新創網路實體書籍租賃平台作在台灣的市場和商品定位的分析和研究。因政府推動雙語國家政策和英語教學方式的改變，英文書籍的零售市場在一片慘澹的實體書零售市場一枝獨秀；此網路實體英語書籍租賃平台提供英文實體書籍的租賃和出售服務，此平台採用會員和訂閱制，提供消費者更廣泛的英文書籍來源和服務，不受限於經費和預算的限制；另一方面，此平台也提供庫存過多的且處於激烈競爭環境中一般實體書店業者活化庫存的機會。 This study outlines a business proposal for an English book online B2C book rental and retail service, Keep Reading. This service provides the consumer with easy access, quality content, best availability, comprehensive collections of English printed books by utilizing the concept of the subscription and membership concept. By connecting the readers with the latest titles, Keep Reading offers the readers a better and broader collection and supplies the other bookstores or distributors to monetize their excess stock in the fierce competition. |
