Abstract: | 本篇論文使用了強子標籤法在 Belle 實驗中尋找 B 0 → (γ)νν̅ 之稀有衰變,並借此探討標準模型外的新物理之可能性。本篇論文的實驗數據是由日本高能加速器研究機構 B 介子工廠(KEKB)之 Belle 偵測器在能量不對稱之正負電子對狀器中所蒐集,來自 Υ(4S) 衰變的 771 百萬 B0 B0bar介子對。本篇論文使用了強子標籤法完整重組對狀事件中的一顆 B 介子,並藉著要求剩餘事件中沒有帶電粒子、中性 π 介子 及中性 K 介子,以描述B 0 → (γ)νν̅ 之訊號,本篇論文最終呈現 90%信心水準之下由蒙地卡羅模擬所求得的衰變分支上限值。 We perform a study to search for the decays B 0 → ν ν̄ and B 0 → ν ν̄γ using a sample of 771 million B- B̄ pairs collected with the Belle detector on the Υ(4S) resonance at KEK e + e − collider. The two resonance signature is identified by fully reconstructing the accompanying B meson that decays hadronically and requiring no charged particles, neutral pions and neutral kaons in the signal side. The branching fraction upper limits at 90% confidence level is presented. |
