Abstract: | 近幾年來,高科技產業發展日漸增快,其帶來的收益對臺灣的經濟現況皆有極高的貢獻,面對產量的需求日益增多,興建新的廠房變為高科技產業現下必將採取之行動,然而新建工程需要消耗相當的時間,高科技產業公司們無不要求建設工期可以越短越好,讓公司產能能夠保持在理想狀態,為了因應這樣的趨勢,現今的高科技廠房工程常常在建設中帶入同步施工的概念,以重疊施工及其他能縮短總工期的方式來完全掌控施工時間,但同步施工的施工流程相當複雜,不僅管理上要解決許多不同平行包商空間不足的問題,在時程管理上也有相當的難度,通常營造廠會運用現今常見的時程軟體來進行工期的核實,然而軟體的使用對於未使用過的營造廠來說將耗費不少心力,因此本研究擬透過了解廠房案例的流程、規劃等實際資訊,並藉由專家訪談得到實地管理方法,將各工程項目之重疊施工方法做一統整後,初步建置一以所得案例為基礎的自動化排程模型,並在案例分析中將兩個使用同步施工相當成功的W公司案例資料帶入模擬,來確認模擬系統可用性,最後將工期的不確定性加入討論,得出在不同管理時程方法下的成本最佳解。 In recent years, the development of high-tech industries has been increasing rapidly, and the benefits it brings have an extremely high contribution to the economic in Taiwan. In the face of increasing demand of production, building new factories should be the next step of high-tech companies. However, the construction will take a considerable amount of time. The high-tech companies require that the duration of construction can be as short as possible to make their production capacity can be maintained in an ideal condition. In response to the trends, the concurrent construction starts to be used in a number of high-tech construction projects and save time by overlapping some activities and other strategies. But the schedule management of concurrent construction are very complex, even the contractors can use software of project management, some of them are too difficult for the contactors who haven’t use before. Thus, this research is aimed to identify the construction items, processes and planning method of the high-tech construction through actual cases and expert interview. After the data consolidation, build an automated scheduling model initially based on the obtained cases, and input the case data of two cases from the W company who use the concurrent construction successfully into the model to confirm the availability of the system. Finally, take the uncertainty of the construction period into consideration and the optimal cost solution and schedule management method is obtained. |
