| Abstract: | This business plan focuses to understand the businesses of Southeast Asian market and their investment interest in IT infrastructure and services. This study will provide an in-depth analysis of the target market i.e. Southeast Asian market for IT Services and infrastructure requirements before entering into the Southeast Asian market. This report uses different kind of organizational and marketing strategies for the target market to acquire customers. The business plan outlined the industry analysis to understand the stakeholder’s requirements. Online closed ended survey questionnaires were designed and shared with small, medium and large-scale enterprises/businesses to understand their “As Is” enterprise platform and “Should be” enterprise platform requirements. This business plan is expected to find the sector-based requirements, existing digital enterprise of an organization and their present IT needs to fulfill the existing gap. The business plan will provide an idea about the size of the organization, their annual allocated budget specifically for their IT needs and potential interest to implement digital enterprise solutions or IT solutions with affordable cost, required quality and on-time delivery to gain the competitive advantage in the market. The findings can be helpful to implement the right marketing and selling strategy for PokaYoke Infotech by using the optimal resources prior to entering into the Southeast Asian market. |
