dc.description.abstract | 近年來台灣食安事件層出不窮,喚醒民眾對食安議題的重視。 | zh_TW |
dc.description.abstract | In Taiwan, food safety problems have occurred frequently over past years, causing great concern for the public. This thesis includes two food safety related topics. The first part of this thesis is to analyze and compare worry about the different food safety events and investigating any possible factors differences. The data used in this study was drawn from the Taiwan Social Change Survey of recently formed newly risk society in 2013, which included 1,808 respondents using descriptive statistics, ANOVA, chi-square test, T-Test and Binary Logistic Regression analysis. The results found that the most important food risk issue that consumer worry about was veterinary medicinal products and the secondary important issue was heavy metal pollution and plasticizer. The analysis also shows that females and the elderly perceive higher levels of food risk. In addition, risk management and source credibility were the significant factors to forecast the level of concern about food risk. The goal of the second part is to research tea factories' willingness to adopt the safety certification. This study used a Questionnaire survey, chi-square test, T-Test, ANOVA and Binary Logistic Regression analysis methods to investigate the study target of the tea factories in Taiwan, which included 1,243 respondents. The results show that spatial values are significantly related to obtaining safety certifications. Additionally, there are two main reasons for obtaining security certification: first, improve quality and safety, and second is improve the image of the brand. Lastly, achieve significant differences between HACCP or ISO and the average product and price. | en |
