| Abstract: | EXECUTIVE SUMMARY
Taiwan’s personal care product market is huge and mature while growing at a steady rate. However, the premium market in Taiwan is full of foreign brands, especially L’Ocittane and Crabtree & Evelyn from Europe and America. In those regions, the weather are usually dry and cold while Taiwan is often hot and moist when compared to those regions. The skin care products produced by those brands did not change the formulas that the user experience in Taiwan often resulted with over greasiness and difficult skin absorption. We would like to localize our products with the consideration of the weather environment to provide easy absorption without sacrificing the care and protection. Janiration will set its foot to be a premium brand in the personal care product market to bring the high quality products that fit the local weather environment and embrace a wide range of scents for the people in Taiwan. Since the personal care market in Taiwan is mature, Janiration will not revolutionize the industry. Nevertheless, we will slightly differentiate our products and drive strong marketing plan to grasp a certain market. Although the market is competitive, the market is huge enough to enter. Even with 0.01% of the market, Janiration can sustain the business to bring the high quality personal care products experience to our customers. |
