摘要: | 現今汽車鈑件之逆向工程中內鈑件構造複雜,因此手動軟體進行曲面重建時間非常長,如果此部份時間能大量縮短更早進入市場則更能保有競爭力,而現今市售軟體操作複雜公司光是培養人才就必須先投入一至兩年時間,所以簡單又快速的半自動化程序將為業界帶來極大效益。
由於汽車內鈑件點群資料極為龐大且雜亂,所以必須先進行減量與優化動作使後續處理方便,基本曲面重建理論與流程已經趨於成熟,而本研究將加強其適用性擴展至任意複雜鈑件使其應用範圍更加廣泛,並對曲面連續性做優化來減少後續曲面建立完成後所需調整時間,而精度也會完全控制在業界要求範圍內並同時兼顧省時效益。 Nowadays the automotive inner sheet metal of reversed engineering is more complicated, so the process of surface reconstruction manually is time-consuming. If the time of the reconstruction could be shorten, it could enter the market more early and keep competitive. And now the process of software on market is complicated so that the company should spend one to two years to train engineer. So a quick and easy semi-automotive process would bring huge profit to company. Because the mesh data of inner sheet metal is large and disorder , The data reduction and optimization process should be made for further process. The basic surface reconstruction theory is going to perfect. This research is to enhance it's applicability to any complicated sheet metal and optimize the continuity of surface and decrease the adjusting time. The precision would be suit to the requirement of company and take advantage of saving time at the same time. |
