台灣債券ETF的發行與交易現況探討：以寶富盈ETF為例

Abstract

台灣第一檔債券ETF(寶富盈ETF，006202)於二零一一年一月二十七日掛牌上櫃，本文首次介紹債券ETF的設計機制與寶富盈ETF發行過程，另一方面，因為台灣公債次級市場交易並不活絡，導致債券ETF發行後交易狀況不理想，本文首見研究與介紹寶富盈ETF的發行與申贖作業，並探討債券ETF交易市況不佳的原因，提出相關解決建議與措施。

The first Taiwanese Bond ETF, Yuanta/P-shares Taiwan Government Bond ETF (OTC: 006202), was issued on January 27th, 2011. In this thesis, a research on the design and issuance of P-shares Taiwan Government Bond ETF is conducted. The acceptance and the trading volume of P-shares Taiwan Government Bond ETF are not as popular as it was expected before its issuance. The thesis investigates possible links to its poor acceptance by investors and suggests possible solutions to this issue.
