Title: T92 合金異種銲件碳遷移之研究

Abstract: 本實驗使用 T92、T91、T22 三種爐管材料搭配不同的填料(TG-S2CM、
TG-S2CW、TG-S9Cb)。進行 T92 分別對 T22 與 T91 異種氬銲製程。銲件經過非
破壞性檢測後,將合格的銲件用線切割的方式取出銲道部分並進行銲後熱處理。
實驗中主要探討鋼材在異種銲接時所發生的碳遷移(carbon migration)現象。由於
碳的含量會影響到合金在該處的硬度值,所以發生碳遷移的位置,會有一低碳區
軟區(soft zone),此區域可以經由光學顯微鏡和硬度值看出。由於此 soft zone 產
生後會影響到銲道附近的機械性質,實驗結果發現,當銲道經過長時間的老化實
驗後,只有在異種銲件之合金組成差異較大時,才會有明顯的 soft zone 出現。
此外,在老化實驗中,使用 TG-S9Cb 填料進行 T92/T91 異種銲接後,在界面上
均未觀察到有 soft zone 產生。而使用 TG-S2CM 與 TG-S2CW 進行 T92/T22 異種
銲接後,TG-S2CM/T92 與 TG-S2CW/T92 界面均有發現 soft zone 產生,
T22/TG-S2CM 與 T22/TG-S2CW 界面則未發現 soft zone 產生。而使用 TG-S2CW
填料因碳遷移產生的 soft zone(約 50μm),遠小於 TG-S2CM 填料(約 200μm),
故使用 TG-S2CW 填料應用在 T92/T22 異種銲接較佳。
Dissimilar TIG (Tungsten Inert Gas) welding of furnace tube alloys, T92, T91
and T22 using TG-S2CM, TG-S2CW and TG-S9Cb fillers is performed in the
experiment. Quality of the weldment is examined by using NDT (nondestructive
testing). PWHTs (Post Weld Heat Treatments) of specimens selected from wire
cutting of the qualified weldments are carried out in order to evaluate carbon
migration phenomena. The soft zone resulted from carbon migration can be
observed by optical microscope and harness test. The formation of soft zone is
related to mechanical properties of the weldment. Based on the long-time period
aging test, obvious soft zone is found from the weldment with huge difference in
alloying contents. There is no soft zone for T92/T91 dissimilar weldment used the
TG-S9Cb filler after the aging test. In contrast, soft zones are observed from the
interfaces, TG-S2CM/T92 and TG-S2CW/T92. There is no soft zone at the
interfaces, T22/TG-S2CM and T22/TG-S2CW. The size of soft zone (50μm) using
TG-S2CW filler is much smaller than that using TG-S2CM filler (200μm). Better
T92/T22 dissimilar weldment is achieved by using TG-S2CW filler metal in the
experiment.
