Abstract: | 現今製造業CNC加工日趨重要,配合CAD/CAM軟體縮短設計到加工完成的時間。在快速自動化電腦輔助設計製造的流程中,模擬驗證刀具路徑或工具機NC碼的正確性是必要的,避免在實際加工造成材料浪費和機台故障,而視覺化電腦虛擬實境切削更能讓使用者得到直觀地模擬效果。
本研究使用Java語言模擬三軸/五軸控制碼切削情況,並以Spring Solid System作為CAM(Computer Aided Manufacturing)系統之主幹,修改常見的網格檔案格式,並提出新的資料格式作為模型資料結構,透過記憶體減量及避免重複運算的邏輯判斷,使系統效率提升,達到即時切削顯示的效果。讀取刀具路徑、三軸或五軸基本構型之NC加工碼進行路徑模擬,模擬過程中加入碰撞偵測之功能來即時檢測路徑是否發生碰撞,最後模擬動畫可顯示刀具路徑並在最後顯現切削後的加工模型外型。 CNC machining has been served as an important issue in manufacturing field today. Using CAD/CAM software technique can shorten the time from design to production. In the process of the computer-aided design and manufacturing, it is necessary for NC tool path verification to test whether the cutter location data and NC code is correct or not. In order to avoid manufacturing cost wasting and bad efficiency during the actual processing, computer visual cutting simulation provides the user intuitively to get the modeling correctness. This research simulates the cutting planning of 3-axis or 5-axis machining in Java language, and uses Spring Solid System as the backbone of the CAM system. Modify the common mesh file format, and propose a new data format as the data structure. The program can read cutter location data, 3-axis or 5-axis NC code from various CAD file format. The program will follow the numerical control code which has been read for cutting simulation after all parameters are set. The program can check whether the collisions has been occurred or not. |
