降埠法主要是利用多次較少埠的S-參數量測,完成原本需直接量測多埠S-參數的一種多埠微波網路量測技術。如此可使用較被廣泛使用之雙埠網路分析儀搭配降埠法,依續完成三埠、四埠甚至更高埠微波網路的S-參數量測。本論文於第二章及第三章分別敘述兩種降埠法,並分別建立安捷倫ADS微波商用軟體之使用程式,經由實驗量測予以驗證及討論。 安捷倫微波商用軟體撰寫所需之方程式,依據第二章及第三章敘述之降埠法方法一和二,分別針對互易網路和非互易網路建立完成,並實際量測四埠互易及非互易微波元件,將量測之兩埠S-參數代入所建立之ADS軟體程式,求得並驗證該元件之四埠S-參數。 Abstract Port reduction method (PRM) is a method to acquire the scattering matrix of an n-port network from the scattering matrices measured at a reduced port order by terminating certain ports. As the port order is reduced to two, the scattering matrix of an n-port network can be obtained from the measurements using a conventional two-port vector network analyzer. In this thesis, we apply two types of PRM and develop the equations using Agilent ADS microwave commercial software to reduce the order of S-parameters measurement to two-port. Measurement results of four-port reciprocal and non-reciprocal microwave circuits are acquired using the developed ADS equations and verified with those directly using four-port S-parameter measurement. |
