中國銀行上海市分行貿易金融業務發展研究

Abstract

組在全球化、專業化分工，技術發達的今天，國際貿易經濟增長已經成為全球增長不可缺少的條件。時間證明，貿易的增長遠遠高於全球經濟增長的幅度。貿易金融是貿易活動的“血液”。通過貿易結算、貿易信貸、信用擔保、風險管理、財務管理等綜合服務功能，可以推動產業內上下游企業之間、各相關行業之間、各個國家和地區之間的正常經貿往來。貿易金融服務對貿易活動和經濟發展有強大的支撐作用和乘數效應，成為連接商品生產者和最終消費者的重要紐帶。 據有關機構統計，現在全球90%以上的貿易活動都需要融資、擔保、保險或其它金融服務。正因為如此，貿易金融業務一直是各大商業銀行的戰略性業務之一。近年來，各大銀行貿易金融業務取得了長足的發展，特別是在本外幣一體化經營戰略下，成功實現了轉型升級，並引入了供應鏈金融、跨境融資等全新元素，發展前景廣闊。 然而，隨著市場階段的不斷變化、外部環境日趨複雜，貿易金融在發展過程中同樣遇到了前行的瓶頸。有鑑於此，本文從中國銀行上海市分行貿易金融業務的現狀出發，筆者基於中國銀行上海市分行的具體情況結合國內外銀行同業的業務實際並結合自身實踐管理經驗撰寫本論文。本論文力求運用規範分析的研究方法，以戰略規劃為著眼點，以戰略審視為起點，按照提出問題、分析問題、解決問題的邏輯思路對中國銀行上海市分行貿易金融業務發展進行研究。通過對中國銀行上海市分行貿易金融業務發展的總體環境與SWOT戰略分析，結合近年來中行國際結算業務的延展與轉型、金融產品的創新與實踐以及金融工具的發展與運用等提出中國銀行上海市分行貿易金融戰略目標和發展建議，以期為中行貿易金融事業的戰略發展提供借鑒和思路。

With the globalization, specialization and technology development of today’s world, the growth of international trade has become the indispensable condition of global growth. Time improves that the trade growth is much faster than that of world economic growth. Trade finance is the “blood”of trading activities. Trade settlement, trade credit, credit guarantees, risk management, financial management and other integrated services can promote the normal economic and trade contact between upstream and downstream companies, various relevant industries, countries and regions. Trade finance services will generate a strong supporting role and multiplier effect to the trading and economic development and become the important link between commodity producers and ultimate consumers. According to relevant statistics, now over 90% of global trade activities require financing, guarantee, insurance or other finance services. Because of this, trade finance business has always been one of the major strategic business of all commercial banks. In recent years, major banking trade finance business have achieved great progresses, especially for achievements in restructuring and upgrading successfully guided by the home and foreign currency integrated business strategy, and the introduce of supply chain finance ,cross-border financing and other new elements with broad development prospects. However, with the constant change of the market stages, the external environment is becoming increasingly complicated. Trade finance has encountered the bottleneck though its development. In view of this, the writer completes this article based on the current status of trade finance business of Bank of China Shanghai Branch, combined with the domestic and international interbank actual business as well as writer’s own management practice. This paper seeks to analyze Bank of China Shanghai Branch’s trade finance business development using the standardized research methodology, with strategic planning as a focus and strategic review as a starting point, following the writing logic from putting forward questions, to analyze and solve problems. Through the overall environment analysis and SWOT analysis of trade finance business development of Bank of China Shanghai Branch , combined with the recent extension and transformation of Bank of China’s international settlement business, innovation and practices of financial products and the development and use of financial instruments etc. to put forward the trade finance strategic objectives and develop recommendations for Bank of China Shanghai Branch, aiming at providing references and ideas to strategic development of Bank of China’s trade finance business.
