廈門市退休老人角色轉換與生活調適之研究

Abstract

隨著全球老齡化的蔓延，中國老年人口急劇增加，開始轉向「高齡社會」時代並向「超高齡社會」逐步邁進，這樣的現象也促使全社會開始更加關注老年人的各種議題，關心老年人的生活品質，尤其是對於老年人養老生活方面的重視。對於曾經在職場工作過的老人來說，在經由「退休」這一個轉捩點之後，其對於自身的角色轉換調整是非常需要被關注的，老年人從此會開始面對更多的生命議題，而在這之中他們對於生活的調適也是非常需要被看見的，相較於用簡單方式去瞭解老年人在大環境中對於養老生活的滿意程度，從活躍老化的視角去深入到老年人的生活當中，瞭解其退休生活脈絡與細節以及其個人在生活中所做的自我調適，探尋如何能夠更好的達到「活躍老化」的樣貌，並且從中挑揀出那些積極的影響因子是相當重要的。故而，本研究從廈門市退休的老年市民出發，透過質性深度訪談的方式去瞭解那些活躍老化的研究對象從「退休」這一重大的時間節點之後的個人角色轉換歷程，再回歸其養老生活的調適，同時試圖從中找到其「活躍老化」的答案。

With the spread of global aging, the elderly population has increased dramatically in China, and it has begun to shift to “aged society” and to “super-age society”. This has also prompted the society to pay more attention to the issue of the elderly, especially for the elder life in retirement. For the elders who have worked in the workplace, after the turning point of “retirement”, especially the conversion of the role has to be concerned. The elderly will begin to experience more life issues, among which for life. Adjustment is also fairly needed to be seen. Compared with the simple understanding of the satisfaction survey of the elderly in the society, it is deeper into the life of the elderly to understand the details of their retirement and their personal adjustment in life, to find out how to achieve those factors of active aging are important. Therefore, this study started from the elderly citizens of Xiamen City, through qualitative in-depth interviews to understand the research object from the role of 'retirement' time node transition to the adjustment of old-age life and find the answer to its 'active aging.'
