Abstract: 本論文提出一實虛功補償策略控制主動式電力調節器,將其應用於微電網模擬平台,本研究所建立之模擬平台包括兩組以分散式能源所組成之微電網系統,並將兩微電網以三相背靠背(Back-to-Back; BTB)轉換器即主動式電力調節器連接,同時採用電流優化調變策略對其兩級間之功率潮流進行調控,以提升微電網之電力品質。電流優化調變策略能以適當之調變電流對兩級間之功率潮流進行調整,使三相BTB 轉換器之直流匯流排電壓能迅速的穩在預設之磁滯區間內。最後以MATLAB/Simulink來模擬驗證本論文所提出之實虛功補償策略,分析網模擬平台中主動式電力調節器的性能表現。
This thesis proposes a power flow control strategy for the three-phase back-to-back (BTB) converter with microgrid. The power flow between micro-grids can be regulated accurately. With the optimal ac-line current regulation strategy, the appropriate input current can be determined quickly to stabilize the dc-bus voltage of the BTB converter. The proposed BTB converter can be adopted as an active power conditioner to improve the power quality of the AC micro-grids. The active power conditioner with the proposed power flow control strategy can regulate the power flow between different AC micro-grids accurately. The platform is coded by popular software, MATLAB/Simulink.
