摘要: | 在日常生活中,我們經常使用到車輛這項交通工具。人們為了上班、旅遊、參加社交活動,這些不同目的可以選擇自行開車,搭乘公車、捷運、計程車,還可以使用摩托車、自行車等慢速車輛工具。除此之外因應各種商業需求,也有不同運輸工具如貨車、消防車、救護車、油罐車等車輛。 在過往由「人」來駕駛控制車輛,必須非常專注的注意路況、天候、其它車輛的狀況車輛,做出即時的判斷確保行車安全。車輛本身只是被人所控制的運輸工具。由於行動通訊以及物聯網的普及應用,它改變了「車」輛本身以及「路」側的交通設施,透過許多安裝在車輛上與路側交通設施的感測器,串聯了車輛與車輛、車輛與路側設施、車輛與行人,讓「車、路、人」彼此可以及時進行溝通連動。這個趨勢正在快速的帶動交通運輸系統朝向數位化、自動化、智慧化的車聯網(Connected Vehicles)發展。 車聯網主要針對「車、路、人」這三個基本元素組成。汽車設計正在發展更多安全輔助的功能發展,目標朝向自動駕駛;道路上正在佈建更多聯網智慧化的感測設備,即時與車輛聯繫溝通,當下就可以即時做出交通決策;未來不同交通工具的運輸系統將透過車與路的整合,提供給用路人更多元的行車服務模式。車聯網的發展將會對交通運輸服務這個生態系帶來巨大的改變。本研究將從既有交通建設的管理與服務觀點出發,探討車聯網的快速發展將會帶來那些改變,以及創新的行車服務與商業模式。 In daily life, we use the vehicle as a means of transportation. People choose different vehicles to work, travel, or participate in social activities. Either you can drive by yourself, or to take bus,MRT,taxi,motorcycles,bicycles. For commercial purposes, there are trucks, fire trucks, ambulances, tank trucks and other vehicles to meet different transportation needs. 「People」drive vehicles in a controlled way to road conditions, weather conditions, other approaching vehicles, and make immediate judgments to ensure driving safety. The vehicle is controlled by people. However, due to the blooming of mobile communications and the Internet of Things (IoT), it changed the development trend of vehicle and the transportation system towards digitalization, automation, and intelligence. Through many sensors installed on 「Vehicles」 and roadside 「Infrastructure」, vehicles to vehicles (V2V), vehicles to roadside infrastructure (V2I), and vehicles to pedestrians (V2P) communicate with each other in real time. This trend is driving the rapid development of the Connected Vehicles (CV). This research mainly focuses on three basic elements of Connected Vehicles (CV) - ‘Vehicles’, roadside ‘Infrastructure’ and ‘People’. Car design is developing more safety-assisted functions, and the goal is toward autonomous driving; The roadside infrastructure will be equipped with more network-connected intelligent sensors to communicate with vehicles,and both can make traffic decisions in real time. In the future, through the real-time communication of vehicles and road,it will provide more diversified driving services experience. Connected Vehicles (CV) will bring tremendous changes to the ecosystem of existing transportation. This research will start from the management and services of existing transportation,and explore the changes by the rapid development of Connected Vehicles, as well as innovative driving services and business models。 |
