dc.description.abstract | 台北盆地木柵週邊的「貓空」,原本是木柵文山茶區東側的小溪谷,因為休閒風氣的形成,已成為木柵地區觀光茶園的代名詞。然而貓空地區的觀光茶業發展已面臨產業轉變期。但是當地屬於「保護區」,相關開發一直都受到嚴格的法令規範。緣此,本研究擬整理文獻,以及採用開放式訪談相關民間與政府機關主事者之意見,規劃貓空地區觀光茶業發展之方向,並且從法規分析可能阻擾推展貓空地區茶產業之問題,以期對提昇貓空地區茶產業附加價值與永續發展能提出具體的建議。
本研究根據貓空地區既有觀光資源,參考Pine &Gilmore(1999)分別建議娛樂性體驗、教育性體驗、脫離現實性體驗以及唯美性體驗等之內容,供政府部門參酌。但是受限法令的部份,仍有待政府機關協助。總結,為了增加政府部門的行政效率,針對臺北市觀光產業發展建議應該設置單一窗口成為重要的決策與執行單位。 | zh_TW |
dc.description.abstract | Maokong has well known for tea tourism for a long time. However, it is facing a turning point as more compeititors and Maokong gandola operating.In addition, Maokong has been zoned as a “resevation area”, where land usage and developmet is constrained by strict laws and regulations.This study aims to review literatures and interview with relavent civilians and officors to promote some suggestions for futher sustainable development in Maokong tea tourism.
In this study, based on the existing resources in maokong area, entertainment, educational, escapist, anesthetic experiences (Pine & Gilmore, 1999) are proposed. It is shown there are obstacles from regulations. Therefore, it is very critical to increase the efficiency of administration in promoting tourism industry. Finally, it is recommended to establish a new division that not only coordinates all opinions from different interesting groupsbut also fully authorizes all relevant planning works in expanding and promoting tourism industry in Taipei City. | en |
