Abstract: 傳統製造業現在正面臨前所未有的數位轉型,例如在物聯網、AI人工智慧與大數據分析等應用方面,工業控制系統SCADA作為工業自動化、物聯網和智能製造等的核心技術,正從各個方面改變系統整合行業。近期工業4.0帶起智慧製造的趨勢,讓SCADA系統更受到重視,不少自動化開發廠商都將自身的SCADA系統平台升級為工業物聯網及雲端平台系統,來協助資源有限的中小型企業能快速導入智慧製造領域,希望透過數位化数據的累積,為接下來的智慧化做準備。
SCADA系統作為製造現場中設備数據採集的核心平台,已成為工業物聯網的必要建置系統設備。SCADA (Supervisory Control And Data Acqusition)中文則是「監視控制與資料採集系統」,從名稱就可看出其功能與系統建置目標之所在。本文將介紹SCADA系統的組成、硬體設備產品、軟體基本功能要求及未來SCADA的發展方向,最後介紹SCADA系統在長隧道的應用案例及所產生的效益。並提出有關工業自動化SCADA系統的實際使用經驗及各系統產品優缺點及如何提高系統安性、可靠度及業者所面臨的困難及改善建議,同時訂定SCADA應用軟體之標準化、模組化、專業化,希望對於工業SCADA系統產業的未來發展能有實質性的幫助與改善。

Traditional manufacturing is facing digital transformation in the applications such as the Internet of Things(IoT), artificial intelligence, and big data analysis. The industrial control system SCADA (Supervisory Control And Data Acquisition) is the core technology transforming industrial automation, IoT and intelligent manufacturing industries in several ways. Recently, Industry 4.0 has brought the trend of smart manufacturing, making SCADA more valuable to business. Many automation developers have upgraded their SCADA system platforms, industrial IoT and cloud computing platforms to help small and medium-sized enterprises with limited resources to accumulate data and prepare to rapidly adopt smart manufacturing and AI systems.
The SCADA system has become a necessary system for industrial IoT. This study summarizes the introduce to the components of the SCADA system, hardware equipment, the primary software functional requirements and the future development direction of SCADA. We demonstrate a use case for SCADA systems to show the advantages and disadvantages of illustrated system product. Finally, this study describes how to improve the safety and reliability of the system, the difficulties faced by the industry, suggestions for further improvement, and potential way of standardization, modularization and specialization of SCADA application softwares.
