Abstract: | 針對電路板中走線訊號的雜訊所造成的電磁干擾問題,本論文中首先對於使用開槽式接地結構的解決方案進行分析和探討,發現其可能產生額外的電磁輻射源,故提出一新穎的非週期性電磁帶隙架構來抑制雜訊,結合去耦合電容和週期性電磁帶隙架構,將先會有去耦合電容特性的分析和週期性電磁帶隙架構的探討,再試圖設計非週期性電磁帶隙架構並提出一套設計法則,透過電磁模擬軟體和電路模擬軟體進行模擬分析,並利用GTEM-Cell實際量測,以驗證此分析與設計之正確性。由於已藉由實際量測驗證模擬的準確性,故在此論文的最後,將利用電路模擬軟體進行分析並試圖對非週期電磁帶隙架構進行縮小化。 This thesis focuses on the problem of Electromagnetic Interference (EMI) of Printed Circuit Board (PCB) routing noise. It first considered Defected Ground Structure (DGS) to suppress noise for EMI improvement, but found it causing another EMI problem. Hence, a novel non-periodic Electromagnetic-Bandgap (EBG) structure is proposed in this thesis. By combining non-periodic EBG and de-coupling capacitors, the propagation characteristics are investigated and an design rule is proposed. The full-wave EM simulation, ADS and GTEM cell measurement are used to validate the accuracy of the proposed analysis and design. Finally, miniaturization of the non-periodic EBG is also addressed. |
