dc.description.abstract | 在文獻中,得知石蒜科植物富含生物鹼。在這些生物鹼當中,雪花胺(galanthamine)具有抗乙醯膽鹼分解酶的活性,而且已於臨床上用以減緩阿茲海默症的症狀。這些論點則驅使我們致力於研究石蒜科植物,螯蟹花中具有抗乙醯膽鹼分解酶的生物鹼。
從螯蟹花的葉部中,經由基本的酸鹼處理和液相-液相極性分割萃取出生物鹼。這部分具有抗乙醯膽鹼分解酶的活性,之後再藉由離心式分配層析、葡萄糖膠管柱層析、矽膠管柱層析、高效液相層析方法、液相層析-固相萃取-核磁共振儀及液相層析-高解析電灑法質譜作進一步的分離。這些成果已分離出tazettine, ismine, bicolorine和pretazettine這些生物鹼。 | zh_TW |
