摘要: | 本篇論文設計了兩個無線接收前端。為在電路特性與電流消耗間達成平衡,分析並整合多項電路技巧,最後提出一系列創新的電路架構。
在第三章中,結合電流重複利用與多閘級電晶體的概念,提出節省電流同時增加線性度的架構。並將整個接收前端視為一體納入考量設計,最後驗證了其提升線性度技巧在系統中亦能有效工作。 在第四章中,為了進一步改善電路特性,提出整合單端轉雙端與電流重複利用及多閘級電晶體的架構。並進一步分析單端轉雙端架構在本設計中,電流不平衡情況下,對於增益、雜訊指數與線性度的影響與取捨。對於單端轉雙端架構不平衡的輸出,則由結合雙端平衡架構來改善。最後提出一個表現更進一步的接收前端。 Recently, with raises of communication system demand, communication speed and production cost turn out to be vital issues. As a result, multi-band operation to enhance the communication efficiency and multi-band combination to lower the production costs are expected. Unfortunately, the development of CMOS circuits has been long impeded by inherent shortcomings such as parasitic components. It is still a challenging task for designers to realize CMOS circuits near the transistor cutoff frequency. In this thesis, to operate in multi-band in an effective chip area, novel circuit topologies are developed for dual-band operations. In Chapter 3, an inductor-reconfiguration technique is introduced to the dual-band T/R switch, thus the single inductor can be reused in the transmitting and receiving modes. In Chapter 4, by switching the matching circuit, the noise figure of the dual-band LNA can be improved in a small chip area. |
