普惠金融於我國證券業之發展策略

Abstract

隨著行政院金融監督管理委員會今年開始的〈打造數位化金融環境3.0〉計畫，主管機關將可能解除部分法規限制，加強金融創新的潛力。臺灣證券市場中，散戶投資一直占了相當大的比重，因此在證券業發展的過程當中，維持散戶的效益十分重要。 本研究目的在於分析普惠金融於臺灣證券業的發展策略。本研究將使用問卷法、訪談法，歸納臺灣證券業之現況，以及對於未來之發展目標，最後指出主管機關以及證券業者可參考之發展方針。

Due to the “Digital Finance Environment 3.0” plan released by Financial Supervisory Commission, R.O.C. this year, several legislations will possibly be removed in order to increase the potential of financial innovation. Individual shareholders have accounted for a large proposition in Taiwan security market. Thus it is essential to maintain the utility of individual shareholders during the development of security industry. This study tries to analyze the strategy of applying financial inclusion to Taiwan security market. Questionnaire survey method and interview method are used, to generalize the situation of Taiwan security industry and the objective in the future. At last, implement policies are set for the authorities and the security companies.
