Abstract: 本論文主要合成一系列具有雙偶極特性的噁唑衍生物,並且應用在藍色磷光有機電激發光元件中的主發光體材料。我們以2,5-二苯基-1,3,4-噁二唑為基本結構,引入本質上較剛硬的苯環來增加分子量,藉此提高噁唑衍生物的熱穩定性,同時也利用甲基基團錯開相連的苯環以縮短分子共軛長度;使用熱分析、光譜學以及電化學等方法來研究探討噁唑衍生物的物理性質,最後取化合物4當作主發光體材料,摻雜市售常見發藍色磷光的雙(4,6-二氟苯基吡啶-N,C2)吡啶甲醯合銥製作有機電激發光元件,在372 cd/m2時其發光效率為11.7 cd/A,最高亮度可以達到1472 cd/m2。
In this thesis, we synthesized a series of bipolar oxadiazole derivatives as the host materials for blue phosphorescent organic light emitting diodes. Taking 2,5-diphenyl-1,3,4-oxadiazole (DPO) as our basic structure, we introduced aromatic ring which has more rigid characteristic to increase molecular weight for improving the thermal stability of oxadiazole derivatives. Meanwhile, we used methyl groups to twist biphenyl structure in order to shorten the conjugation length of molecules. By using thermal analysis, spectroscopy and electrochemical method, we could observe their thermal, photophysical and electrochemical properties. In the end, we fabricated the phosphorescent organic light emitting diode incorporating compound 4 as the host matrix doped with the blue-light triplet guest emitter bis(4,6-difluorophenylpyridinato-N,C2)picolinatoiridium (FIrpic). The device exhibited luminance efficiency of 11.7cd/A at 372 cd/m2, and the maximum brightness of 1472 cd/m2.
