摘要: | 紡織業廠商的價值網與合作行為分析─以福懋及宏遠的轉型發展為例
在過去台灣發展紡織工業的數十年間,本地的紡織業已歷經了多次的產業轉型,依著生產導向、產品導向,行銷導向的步調一步步地走到今天,現在所面臨的是前所未有的瓶頸。在台灣本地生產的紡織品的廠商,大部分尚未能有效的產出高附加價值產品,這表示其中仍有很大的發展空間,顯然地,提高附加價值是提昇台灣紡織業競爭力努力的方向。 就目前台灣紡織業而言,大部分的廠商皆處在衰退的情形,為了降低成本甚至是將所有工廠與設備移至中國大陸等成本較低的國家,即使如此,外移至海外也不見得就能一次解決所有的問題。很少有其它的產業比紡織業還要成熟,基本上成熟的產業往往也有可能馬上步入衰退期。 在此前提之下,本研究以策略聯盟、競合策略及國際化等文獻為基礎。先探討紡織產業的價值活動、產業中合作的情形,產業內的驅動力及轉型。並以福懋、宏遠的現況為個案,並從國際化及價值網的角度來分析其轉型行動。再者於第五章,歸納研究發現並給予宏遠、福懋還有紡織業的廠商策略上的建議。並整理出管理意涵、研究貢獻、此研究的限制及後續研究者可以研究的方向。 關鍵字:策略聯盟、價值網、全球化佈局 The Analysis of Value Net and Cooperation in Textile Industry: A Case of Transformational Development of Formasa Taffeta Co.,LTD and Everest Textile Firms of textile industry in Taiwan have taken many transformational actions in the past several decades. They have taken the steps from production orientation, product orientation to marketing orientation. Now, they face the limitation they never encounter. Most of firms manufacturing textile product domestically cannot generate value-added product efficiently. It represents that textile firms still have lots of space for development. Raising the added value is the significant goal for adding the competitiveness in the textile industry in Taiwan. For textile industry in Taiwan, most of firms are in the recessive situation. They shift their factories and equipments to developing countries such as China to reduce their cost. Although they have taken the action, they cannot solve the all problems simultaneously. Seldom industries are more mature than textile industry. Basically, industries in mature stage may step into the decline stage right away. In the premise, we do the research by taking the references of strategic alliances, co-opetition strategy and globalization as the base. First, we confer value activities, cooperation, driving forces and transformational actions in textile industry. Second, we take Formasa Taffeta Co.,LTD and Everest Textile as case and analyze their transformational actions in the views of globalization and value net. Third, we summarize the finding in the research and provide Formasa Taffeta Co.,LTD, Everest Textile and firms in textile industry with strategic suggestions in the fifth chapter. Finally, we conclude the managerial meaning, research contribution , limitation and research direction for the researchers in the future. Key Words: Strategic alliances, Value Net, Globalization |
