| dc.description.abstract | 在愛滋病被認可為衡量國家發展程度的指標之後，這個體液感染的慢性病獲得許多關注與資源，以它為名的國際援助日益增加。本文旨在探討這個現象所帶來的結構效應，呈現國際援助機制促發下，地方社會對於愛滋病訊息的再現。三個月的田野調查裡面，我訪談中非馬拉威共和國北部區域Mzuzu市及Ekwendeni鎮的愛滋病相關組織，分析他們對於愛滋病的回應與操作，突顯這些現象背後的社會脈絡。研究指出，基於馬國政治歷史、經濟結構及族群文化，地方上形成村莊居民與菁英階級的區別，國際愛滋援助的資源透過國家單位、非政府組織(含宗教團體)及社區組織，由菁英再分配到村莊中。再分配的過程促發地方社會建構愛滋論述，例如以社區組織照護病患為主的扶貧訴求，以及博物館以傳統文化復振做為愛滋防治的焦點。 | zh_TW |
