| Abstract: | 本論文旨在開發追日型熱電共生系統,以提高太陽電池總體能源效率。在單軸三角度追日系統方面,對於追日機構的設計與改良,希望可以達到降低成本、模組化量產的目的,也針對追日系統感測器的設計與數位的控制方法進行研究,集熱方面,採用PC中空板與商用太陽電池設計集熱模組,提出太陽電池集熱系統數位控制方法,實驗結果顯示初級能源的總省能效率可達0.5,確實對於太陽電池的性能有所提升。 The main purpose of this study is to improve the performance of PV by building a sun-tracking solar photo-voltatic/thermal co-generation system. In order to reduce the cost of material and reach the goal of modulized manufacture,we redesign the sun-tracking device. Additionally,we explore the design of photo detector and digital sun-tracking controller. A commercial polycrystalline PV module is used for making a PV/T collector and tied in with one-axis three-position sun-tracking system. This study introduces the concept of primary-energy saving efficiency for the evaluation of a PV/T system. The experiment shows that the primary-energy saving efficiency can reach 0.50 and actually has the enhancement of PV performance. |
