dc.description.abstract | 本研究第一部份是以毛細管電層析質譜分離八種三口井除草劑。首先以等位沖堤的方式,尋找最佳的實驗參數,其參數包含緩衝溶液酸鹼值,操作電壓及有機修飾劑在緩衝溶液中的比例。在最佳條件下只能分出7根層析峰。為了達到更好的分離效果,我們參考文獻上有關於梯度沖堤的方法,設計出一個簡單的裝置。在梯度沖堤下,藉由連續地改變動相組成,可將八個除草劑解析開來。
有鑑於擋板(frits)在填充式毛細管電層析質譜造成的影響,實驗的第二部份是在毛細管兩端以拉尖縮口的方式取代擋板的燒製,可減少毛細管在製作及操作上的困難。並以低流速鞘流介面為游離化介面,發展出免擋板(fritless)毛細管電層析/電灑法質譜儀。 | zh_TW |
dc.description.abstract | The eight triazines were studied by capillary electrochro matography/Mass Spectrometry(CEC/MS).Under isocratic elution condition including pH of the buffer solution, separation voltage and the ratio of organic solvent in the buffer solution. However , the eight triazines can not be separated under the optimized condition. In order to get better resolution, a simple device which can produce gradient elution is designed. Under gradient elution, the eight triazines could be separated.
Frits have several drawbacks in packed-CEC/MS. The fabrication of frits by sintering the packing material in the two end of the packed-capillary is substituted by drawing out fine tapers. This approach eliminated the difficulties of the making frits and maked the operation of packed-CEC/MS easier than frit-CEC/MS. The performance of the fritless packed-CEC ESI (electrospray ionization)-MS was demostrated. | en |
