| Abstract: | 本論文探討聲光元件的理論與應用,包含在等向與非等向性的聲光介質中聲光偶合繞射作用,並討論在調變器的應用。最後提出一最佳設計程序以作為設計之參考。
本文並由一給定waist diameter及波長為1.064um與0.6328um條件,經由設計求出聲光元件的長度與厚度,進而得到頻寬與繞射效率。經由數值分析結果可了解waist diameter、聲光元件的長度、厚度、頻寬與繞射效率之間的關係。 Abstract In this paper, the theory and applications of acousto-optic devices is studied. A couple wave analysis for the acousto-optic interaction in an isotropic and an anisotropic medium are presented. Finally, we propose the optimum design process to be reference. By using Gaussian beam waist diameter and suitable acousto-optic materials for wavelength 1.064 and 0.6328 um, determined AO device’s length and height by designing equations, and then determined bandwidth and diffraction efficiency. We will understand the relationship of AO device’s length, height, bandwidth and diffraction efficiency. |
