Abstract: 在本論文中,我們主要合成一些新型具平面性骨架的分子:化合物BP、BS、BF、F1 和T1。化合物BP、BS和BF的合成途徑,主要是透過一個重要的中間體,具有雙溴雙酯取代的苯。利用這個中間體和許多芳香性基團進行金屬催化偶合反應、有機鋰試劑的親核性加成反應及分子內的環化反應。經由這些反應,即可得到平面性的分子BP、BS、BF。此外,相同的合成途徑也可應用在三聚茚衍生物T1及梯形寡聚物F1。
另一方面,我們也會針對這些平面性分子探討其光物理性質、電化學和熱性質。且藉由BP、BS、BF、F1 和T1的X-ray單晶來探討分子結構的平面性。
In this work I investigate the synthesis of some novel coplanar molecules: BP, BS, BF, F1, and T1. The synthetic pathways of compounds BP, BS, and BF go through a common intermediate: m-dibromophenylene diester. The different aryl groups were introduced by Suzuki coupling reaction, and subsequent aryllithium double-addition to the ester groups followed by an intramolecular ring closure reaction, giving the final products in good yields. Similar synthetic strategy was applied for the synthesis of compound F1 and even the truxene derivative T1. I report the physical properties and X-ray structures of these molecules.
