紡織業台商兩岸資訊系統建置之研究

Abstract

台灣紡織業已發展50多年，上中下游產業鏈可說發展相當完整，在2000年前仍是台灣創匯的第一大產業。但隨時空環境變遷，中國大陸改革開放，許多台灣紡織界優秀廠家，已投資大陸多年或準備進入。本研究即透過對業界五個案廠商資訊長，在建立兩岸資訊系統相關議題做訪談，彙整個案廠商的經驗，提供給業界其他廠家與資訊人員參考。 訪談內容分四大部份：公司背景與基本資料、母公司現在資訊建置狀況、公司前進大陸的原由與建置兩岸資訊系統的各類問題。在第五章將五個案公司訪談內容分門別類做分析比較，第六章整理研究發現與建言。 紡織業在人類歷史已存在數千年，日後也勢將繼續，只是在不同時代，會以不同的面貌來呈現。業界廠商務必洞察先機，利用新興科技才得在商場勝出，而對IT技術的應用是關鍵所在。 本研究希望能提升即將前進大陸紡織業廠商在建置兩岸IT系統時有所助益。

Textile industry in Taiwan has been developing for more than 50 years so that the complete supply chain exists, which includes raw, half-made and materials. Textile export was Taiwan main foreign income before 2000. However, according to the change in timing and environment and Main-Land China’s economical revolution and open, there’re many good Taiwanese textile companies who already built-up factories for years or plans to invest business there. The said research is based on the interview of 5 information system supervisors of textile companies on the topics of how to build-up two coasts information system and the collection of related industry company’s experience for other companies’ reference. The contents of interviews includes 4 major parts : --Company’s background and basic reference. --The current information system built-up status of Mother company. --The reason to invest business in Main Land China --The related problems to set up the information system in two coasts.

The contents of interviews in Chapter 5 are classified and analyzed and in Chapter 6 include reference management and research, discovery and advice. The textile industry has been existing more than thousands of years and surely will continue but its presence will be differently appeared in different era. The related industry company should recognize such change and use the advanced technology to survive in the said field. The IT technology utilization is the key to win. This research is helpful for the related industry company who will invest in Main Land China, further their understanding to set up IT system.
