Abstract: 台灣證券市場散戶所佔比率偏高,同時交易型態偏重短線的獲利,因此證券商也將多數的資金預算,用在提供投資人交易的系統建構規劃上。這樣的模式,投資人繼續關注短期獲利,交易風險偏高;證券商一窩蜂的花大錢引進國外交易工具,但是就功能內涵而言,並不具有先行者優勢,其他同業也可以自行開發出類似系統;資訊廠商的競爭激烈,新進者選擇投入交易工具系統造成銷價競爭,原有系統廠商獲利降低,不知如何維持獲利。
本研究先整理知識管理的各項發表文獻,並且輔以資訊技術的配套進展說明,以建構知識管理與資訊科技的連結關係。然後提出一套證券商專屬的知識管理資訊系統的說明,系統特色在於能配合證券商以前檯投資為導向的特性,建構一套可以讓投資人一起參與的知識管理系統,除了引導投資人更理性的進行交易,也加深了金融產業對客戶服務的深度。最後,我們深知知識管理徒工具是無法自行的,建議學習製造業導入的經驗,分享證券商如何推動知識管理的案例,以期能讓證券商知識管理的成果擁有內涵與深化,才能改善本篇所發覺的問題。
Individuals take up a big percentage of investors in Taiwan's stock market and most of them trade for short-term profits. To meet the needs of short-term traders, brokerage companies invest most of their budget on trading systems. This approach encourages investors remain their focus on short-term profits in spite of higher risk involved. Many brokerage companies spent lots of money to import overseas trading systems, which unfortunately do not provide them a first comer's competitive edge in functionality and content, as competitors are able to develop similar systems. Keen competition exists among information system providers. New players set off a price war which erodes the profit margin of old players who are wondering how to remain profitable.
This research first organizes publications in knowledge management and then describes the development of information technology packages in order to establish a relationship between knowledge management and information technology. Later in the research, we propose a knowledge management system for brokerage companies which will not only accommodate the trading driven characteristics but also allow investors to participate in knowledge management. This system will guide investors to become more rational in trading and add value in customer service to financial service providers. At last, we understand a tool alone does not work well; therefore, we supplement it with real case studies of brokerage companies who have introduced knowledge management. We hope that this research can be beneficial to brokerage companies in launching their knowledge management and the problems identified above can be improved as a result.
