| Abstract: | 本研究以94年度農民網路技能訓練講師為例，探討其工作意願、教學能力自我效能、教學熱忱、未來再參與意願以及未來期望績效之關係與影響。根據80份有效問卷之分析結果，在講師工作績效部分，工作績效與教學能力自我效能、未來再參與意願間具有顯著相關與預測力，而講師教學熱忱與工作績效、未來期望績效間同樣具有顯著相關與預測力，但在講師教學能力自我效能部份，教學能力自我效能僅與未來期望績效間具有顯著相關與預測力，但對未來再參與意願部份，則無顯著相關與預測能力。 |
