摘要: | 新船建造是屬於一種依照訂單設計且高度客製化的生產環境,製程規劃與物料供應必須同時考慮,兩者可說是息息相關,如何滿足顧客指定用料以及對訂單的交期回應,將是中小型造船廠所面臨的重要課題。傳統物料需求規劃(Material Requirements Planning,MRP)僅根據物料表(Bill of Materials,BOM)展開原物料的準確性大幅度的降低,造成物料需求計算上的困難。本研究將以新船建造之專案為基礎,利用物料表與生產途徑(Routing)整合的生產表(Bill of Production,BOP)的架構,將各物料需求展開,計算每個製程需求的物料項目與數量。
本研究使用微軟 ASP.net 2.0設計應用程式,後端資料庫使用微軟 SQL Server 2005,來設計web-based的物料需求規劃資訊系統,針對中小型造船廠簡化作業流程、增加物料資源使用效率、節省庫存成本、提升產業競爭力的需求,選擇重要的物料管理部份,成為建立企業資源規劃(Enterprise Resource Planning,ERP)的基礎。 New ship building is the order-designed process involves a mass-customized production environment that depends on the availability of the manufacturing processes and materials. How to meet a variety of designated materials requested by customers and how to cope with the quick response for confirmed orders will gradually become important issues for mid-small shipyard. It is difficult to calculate the requirement of materials because the correctness of traditional MRP (Material Requirements Planning) method to expand original materials basis on BOM (Bill of Materials). The thesis uses BOP (Bill of Production) integrated by BOM and Routing process to expand requirement of materials to calculate the demand of material items and quantity of every manufacturing process. This thesis develops the web-based production management system using MicroSoft ASP.Net 2.0 to develop the application and using MicroSoft SQL Server 2005 in Database System. Aimed at the demand of reducing operation process, and deploy material resources efficiently, and reducing the material inventory of mid-small shipyard, so select the Material Requirements Planning information System which is import basis part of ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) to develop. The goals help business to enhance the prepare material ability and operation support ability, which could improve business’s flexibility and competitive edge of mid-small shipyard. |
