Abstract: | 本論文以細桿形變比例法,將實心粒子及雙顆膠羽於固定流場中,量測實際膠羽在流場中受力結果。比較污泥膠羽與實心粒子之差異,瞭解其間距離與受力關聯。再以冷凍切片以及相位差顯微照相攝得膠羽之切片圖像,取得膠羽內部結構之影像。並以螢光染色法觀察酚生物顆粒內部中蛋白質、脂質、多醣及菌群分佈情形。 This work measured measuring the hydrodynamic force experienced by two porous flocs or two solid spheres with the deformation of thin sticks. The difference between the drag force is compared and corrected with the distance between the porous flocs and the solid spheres. The floc chacteractics between the original and flocculated flocs was compared. Phase Contrast Microscope to image the internal structure of flocs. |
