Abstract: 本文主要在於探討材料與環境溫度對巨積混凝土心表溫差的影響,一般皆認知巨積混凝土在初期時,其因溫度而產生之應力遠大於其他乾縮或是自體收縮的其他因素,而心表溫差即是溫度應力的主要因素。
首先為了定義配比的最高溫升與溫升曲線,而進行絕熱溫升試驗以了解各材料的水化熱情形,有了各材料的水化熱就能容易從不同的配比得到相對應的最高溫升,再搭配有限元素分析軟體(ANSYS)先就不同溫昇曲線、最高溫升、新拌溫度、外在環境溫度、熱傳導係數、厚度進行敏感度分析,得到各個變數對於心表溫差敏感度的影響大小與影響趨勢,接著搭配現地大型實驗驗證絕熱溫升之結果,再利用ANSYS進行分析,了解ANSYS對於巨積混凝土心表溫差模擬的準確性,最後再由其他之前有做溫度記錄的工程案例,使用絕熱溫升試驗的結果去計算,以了解各材料水化熱的適用性。
文中最後,提供了一樣事前分析巨積混凝土心表溫差的方法,希望能改善巨積混凝土施做後發升溫度裂縫的情形。
This article mainly aims at the thermal hydraulic analysis of local materials and the surface and core mass concrete for the ambient temperature. The objective of this research is to develop a thermal analysis method for the difference temperature between the surface and core mass concrete.
In this study, the effect of type I cement ( C ), blast furnace slag (BF), fly ash (FA) and blast oxygen furnace slag (BOF) on the hydration heat and the temperature rise curve were investigated. And than the finite element software (ANSYS) is used for the thermal analysis of the mass concrete. At last, the analysis processes of the surface and core mass concrete were developed.
