個案研究: Fukuda Laser的研究分析與其在中國上市之評估

Abstract

本文主要探討Fukuda Laser在中國上市(IPO)的評估。首先透過雷射墨線儀與旋轉雷射儀的產業概況來介紹此儀器產業的產業特性，發展趨勢，並了解全球市場與中國市場的概況。再來藉由Fukuda Laser的個案分析評估Fukuda Laser未來在中國上市的可行性及中國市場對其之重要性。而此部份由在中國上市的目的與好處開始探討，並深入研究中國股市現況。最後針對Fukuda Laser目前股本不符合上市規定的地方作未來補強，並評估經由外部策略性投資者增加股本的優劣處及建議方案。

The thesis mainly focuses on the evaluation of Fukuda Laser’s IPO (Initial Public Offering) in China. It consists of two major sections. The first section is the introduction of multiline laser and rotary laser industry including the industry characteristics, development trend, and the current status of global & Chinese market. The second section is the case study of Fukuda Laser which emphasizes the importance of the Chinese market and evaluates the feasibility of IPO in China. Moreover, it comprises of the research in the Chinese stock market to explain Fukuda Laser’s purpose and advantages to go IPO in China. In addition, it provides recommendations of possible implementations to meet IPO criteria in China due to Fukuda Laser’s sufficient share capital. Furthermore, it assesses the advantages and disadvantages of increasing share capital through outside strategic investors and also offers the suggested actions.
